Our Team
At heystack, Gary sets the strategic direction, manages operations, and maintains financial stability, while driving innovation and business development in the fast-paced Martech sector.
With over eight years of experience in Martech, Gary has worked at Gartner, Salesforce, and Iterable. At Gartner, he advised companies on selecting the right technology solutions to meet their goals. He then moved to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, expanding their presence in the Irish market. Later, as a Senior Account Executive at Iterable EMEA, Gary focused on the company's most significant and strategic customers.

Fun fact: Gary is a keen golfer and once caddied for Ant from Ant and Dec.
Leon is responsible for strategic direction and sustainable growth at Heystack.
​
Leon has spent over 15 years working in the tech industry. After starting at Microsoft, he moved to the Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud. He has rounded his Martech experience at Iterable and latterly at Klaviyo where he built and lead the EMEA Mid-Market sales team through a successful IPO in 2023.

Leon has had roles across Sales and Partnerships as an individual contributor and people leader.
Fun fact: Leon is an avid tea drinker and supports Aston Villa.
Seb is the Chief Technology Officer ultimately responsible for all technology decisions within the agency.
Seb has over 15 years of Martech experience having worked at StrongView/StrongMail, Selligent, and Iterable. Previous experiences include Hewlett Packard and Bea Systems (now Oracle).
He was hired as Iterable’s first Technical Architect within EMEA. As a Principal Solutions Engineer his role expanded over Pre Sales, Post Sales and Partnerships working with hundreds of customers to validate their Martech stacks.
Fun fact: Seb plays pickleball, the fastest growing sport in the US!
Philip is responsible for operational functions of the business. He is also the Solutions lead, leading the company's sales engineering and support functions.
He has over 12 years experience working within the Martech Industry starting at Deloitte Digital selling and implementing Adobe and Salesforce. He was then hired as the first Solutions hire EMEA for Iterable where he was a Principal Solutions Consultant focused on the region's largest and most strategic customers.
Fun fact: Philip moonlights as a DJ and likes to eat and cycle his way through London.
