Problem

Qonto's previous Customer Engagement channel was missing a number of key features making it difficult for the marketing team to use:

No native integrations with their CDP and Datawarehouse
No mobile channels (SMS, WhatsApp and Messenger)
No automated reporting

The absence of these features had an impact on both customers and the marketing team:

Increased time and cost - Spent on creating Zapier integrations in lieu of the missing native integrations
Lost revenue - Qonto couldn't send database leads to different applications
Reduced Insight - Reporting was spread across mostly outside the app leading to gaps in data
